Can you use a Credit Card to send money on paypal?

I'm buying a pet online to be shipped to me, but if I wait until I have the funds, it will be 3 or 4 weeks, and I am so impatient and love my pets so much. I was wondering if there was a way to pay with a credit card on paypal without actually using a checkout service. I just need to send the money, as if it were a gift. I read somewhere about taking out a check from a bank from your credit card and depositing it into your checking account, but I don't know if this is possible either.

*WARNING WARNING* there are many PET SHIPPING SCAM out there * POSSIBLE SCAM* part of the scam they SAY they use paypal.. too and they request you send as gift too where is this pet coming from ? hope not Africa then it is a scam you send them the money =no pet arrivals, what you could do is withdraw funds from your credit card to deposit into your paypal account now note the credit card company COULD charge you for this as cash advance which mean lots of interest when it comes time to pay the credit card biill then you wait untill the money is in paypal then you pay this company you must have patient this way take about 10 day you could also go to bank -and get cash advance not good idea
