How to delete explore talent account?

• I was stupid and didn't look this website up to see if it was legit. I purchased a pro account, and later on canceled it. They have continued to charge my account $20 almost every month, and it is slowly draining my account. My account was completely canceled over three months ago, and yet they're still charging me! What do I do? Do I cancel my bank account so they can no longer pull money out? I have no idea what to do :( btw, anyone who is thinking about joining explore talent at all, DONT DO IT!!! it's a big fat scam

  How did you cancel? Do you have any kind of confirmation? If so, contact your bank and explain that you cancelled and the site continues to take monthly payments. They will help you stop those payments. You may have to send some kind of written notice (certified, return receipt letter) to company telling them that you cancelled and are withdrawing the authorization for them to auto deduct from your bank account. And send you bank a letter with a copy fo the notice to the merchant. Just closing your bank account will not be enough. It is ALWAYS a bad idea to use debit cards or allow direct access to your bank account. If this were a credit card, it wouldn't be actual cash and would be much easier to stop and get the charges removed.
