How do I apply for a sears credit card now?

What happens if I don't pay my sears credit card after they closed it for making multiple cash payments?

• I live in Texas.. What happens if I don't pay my bal.. Sears closed my account right before I got my $2000 gift card for earning points.. They said I can't redeem my points.. I got my account closed because i pay in full.. I thought the bank makes money everytime I make a purchase because they charge a percentage to the people I buy from? I'm upset because I pay yearly for being a member of sears choice rewards.. I earned my points with the purchases I made in over a year.. Now they said I cannot redeem my points.. I had this credit card more than 10yrs.. Started with $100 credit limit & went up to $13,800.. Cannot believe they closed my account right before I got my $2000gift card. Yet they said I can apply for another card. Makes me mad & now I dont even Wana pay their axx.. I heard they can't garnish my wages or belongings in Texas.. But I think they can take me to court & give me bad credit for a few years.. Please help anyone with any knowledge or advice.

  Don't bother trying to stick it to them. Your good credit and a hassle-free existence is worth more than the 'revenge' of depriving them of that last bit of money you owe. Getting sent to a collection agency will haunt your credit report for a long time, and that does not require a court order. They'll save the court order for when it's time to give up on you and garnish your wages. The fact that you're paying unusual amounts of cash is a complicating factor (among other things it looks like money laundering) but since you've been paying to be in the rewards program you should ask your state Attorney General's office what your options are, they might be interested.
