Does anyone have the $35 visa card from epassporte?

Prepaid Visa not letting me register?

  • About an hour ago I purchased a $35 prepaid Visa and now trying to register it on the site it keeps giving me the message "Sorry, no record of the Card Number you entered was found in our system." I have checked multiple times to make sure it was the right number but each time it tells me they don't have a record of it. I've even called the 1-800 number on the back of the card and it doesn't give me anything either. Anyone have any ideas?

    there was a problem the packing.. and the cards not matching it.. as for me, mine manage to solve itself this morning.. Too Denise.. your incorrect.. this wasn't about making user names or passwords..this was a packaging error, i have used these cards on many occasions..and i always remember to do that. example - yoda1 password example - Lukeskywalker8

I'm having the exact same problem. I think you may have to wait 24 hours because in the cardholder agreement under "activating the card" it says, "Funds may not be available for up to 24 hours after purchase." But, I don't really understand what that has to do with just recognizing the card number in the system. What did they say when you called the 1-800 number? I just called the 1-800 number and I see what you mean about it not giving you anything. I don't know...I'm out of ideas. Super annoyed. If it helps, I was still able to make a purchase on amazon.

I purchased a $75 Visa on the 25th and it still isn't working, it's been over 48 hours since then so something is definitely wrong.

I had the same problem, but resolved it when I added a number to my username on the register now page. So, here's what you do: go to visaprepaidcanada.com assuming you're in canada and thus have to use the canadian website. Otherwise, go to whatever website the back of your card directs you to. Click "Register Now" on the left side bar of the website. Enter the 16 digits on the card, the cvv, and the date of expiration. Then create a user ID that is at least 4 characters long INCLUDING letters and number (I didn't put any numbers, which is why I kept getting the "sorry, no record...." ) Similarly, make sure your password is 8 characters long INCLUDING one number, one lower case letter, and one upper case letter. Then add your email addy and click submit. Bad username and password: JakeSimpson, volleyball. Good username and password: Jak3Simpson1, VoLLeyBa11
