credit cards doesnt cost anything, i presume you are looking for a prepaid credit card, if so, any grocery store or filling station should carry them. Also you need is tell them how much you want loaded on the card, USD 5, 10, 20, etc and you just pay for the load plus tax. very easy There are cons and pros to prepaid cards , bewarned!!!
