Need help using PayPal.

I need help on using Paypal, Someone help me please??

  • Well, many of my ebay customers are paying for my items through Paypal, but I don't know how to use it. Can I be paid for credit card on Paypal?? How does Paypal really works? Thanks

  • Answer:

Actually Paypal is pretty simple. Once you register they will allow you to pay by credit, debit card or you can you your checking account. Her's how it works, let's say you want to buy something on Ebay or Overstock Com. Once you make your purchase you have the option of being directed to your paypal account. You enter your email address and your password and Paypal will ask you how you what to pay. At the time you can use whatever account that you set up when you registered on the site. All accounts you registered with will already there and you just have to pick one. As an example I have a BOA credit card as my primary card and my CU credit card as my alternate. All of the information is already with Paypal therefore when I make a purchase with Paypal, I just use one of thoe accounts. You could use your checking account, but I wouldn't advise it. The other neat thing about paypay, is that anytime you need money, you can have people sent it to your paypal account and they can then send it to your checking account. It's actually pretty simple. When people pay you by credit card on paypal, their money goes into your paypal account and you can tranfer that money to your bank, credit card, or you can save it in your account and use it later to buy something from someone else, pay a bill, etc. People can pay you thru paypal by direct bank deposit, credit card, debit card, e cheque. Everything except cash.

You can be paid by a credit card. The money will be stored in your paypal account until you transfer it out. You usually have to have your bank account information set up in paypal for this. Pay pal is pretty much just a credit card processing company, but it is also used to transfer money between two people who have money already stored in their paypal accounts.

The best thing to do is to read their website and call them. When someone pays, you can withdraw the money and paypal will deposit it into your bank account that you set up with them (checking or savings). If you plan on receiving more than $500/month you need to sign up as a business or premier account. The process takes 2-4 days to set up a paypal account because they need to verify your info. I believe paypal does have an option to have customers pay by credit card, but you first need to establish an account with them. Hope this helps!

I would go to ebay.com/paypal. for upto date information but paypal verify's who you are through a bank account will take about 2 days' also apply for a debit/cc with the debit card you can use it just like a bank debit card so when your customers pay you through pay pal it goes straight to you account and you can withdraw for a small fee..or swipe and go

Go to paypal and read, read and read again. If you have Paypal listed in your auctions, you need to accept it..all forms of it. Learn to use ebay and paypal before you jump in and get yourself in trouble.
