How to get money back for a ZUMIEZ gift card?

Should i get a visa gift card or a visa prepaid money card?

• Iam trying to decide if I should get a visa giftcard or a wallmart prepaid money card. I mostly use it for online purchases. Which card is better? And is it worth spending a total of $6 a month to have a prepaid visa money card with its reloadable and mantinence fee or to go with the visa giftcard that will cost a one time $5 but is not reloadable??

  It kinda depends on what it is for...with the pre paid card you will have a monthly fee and it is more like having a bank issued debit card..you can have the monthly fee waived in some like the green dot card waives the fee if you deposit more than 1000 dollars per month or have more than 30 purchases per month...so if it us a one time use thing I would go with the gift card because with the reloadable card you will have to provide name address phone number even ssn number in most cases and you must cancel it if you no longer want to use it and don't want to be charged the 6 bucks..if you already have a debit card from a bank I would again recommend the gift card because like I said earlier the cards like the green dot are basically debit cards you get without needing a bank but work the same...if you plan to use the card over and over again and don't have a debit card it for some reason don't want to use your personal debit card the reluseable card is not a bad way to go but only if you plan to use it for many months years....hope this helps...I had a green dot card before I ever had a checking account and could but get a debit account and loved it...they work well but are not really designed for one time or every once in awhile purchases
