Is the credit one visa credit card legit or a scam?

i've been working on my credit for the past year, paid off all my debt and ready for a new credit card. i got a letter in the mail for CREDIT ONE and it's a visa card. anyone got any input on this? is it a scam? i applied for a credit card before and it ended up being a scam. and they charged me before i even got the card. this one seems okay to me and i'm thinking of pursuing it. should i? or should i not?

All credit cards for people with little or bad credit usually come with added fees and huge finance charges. Always read the fine print before you assume anything. It is better if you are the one applying for a card. This way you can be sure to do it at a legitimate site and you don't have to worry whether the application you got in the mail is a fake.
