Is there a such thing as Medical for Minors?

Is there any such thing as debt for minors. and if you are under 18 do you have to pay it??

If you are under 18 and say have a mobile phone in your name...it goes on your credit rating....so pay your bills.

Minors in America can not enter into legal contracts. You don't owe your parents anything for raising you. Beat the dumba**s up that selling any other information besides this information above... Justin

i would say no, since under 18 cannot sign or get involved in a contract, without a cosigner..but there are court related fees, costs and restituion.
