How to get a High Risk Personal Loans?

How long will it take to lower my credit risk, if I pay my collectors?

  • Other than $24,000 in school loans (that I am now paying on time every month starting 9 months ago) I only have about 4-6 negative items on my credit report. Most are $250 or less and on is $1000. They are mainly unpaid doctors bills and an un paid cell phone bill. I don't have credit cards or personal loans. I'm paying off all of those collectors right now so how long will it take to reflect on my credit report and lower my risk? I really want to get appoved for a secured credit card or something that I can pay off every month to help me build good credit! After I pay off the collectors, do I have any quick options for showing I'm a responsible spender now?

  • Answer:

There are no quick options in credit reports. Time and on-time payments are the only things that will help a credit score.
