Walmart money card help?

Im trying to use my walmart money card online at walmar.com and it says please select your type of card and i put in the Visa and typed in the card number because it is a visa and it said it was an invalid card number and please select what card you have and it says nothing about a money card. I really need help with it and i need the money on it and i using it online and i activated it and everything. Can someone tell me what i should do and what kind of card i should put it under cause nothing is working?? Thanks<3
