I need to make a purchase online that only accepts Visa/Mastercard and I want to purchase using a gift card. I have PayPal with enough money to purchase a gift card, anyone know how I could purchase any type of Mastercard/Visa giftcard online??? Also, If anyone would trade me a Visa/Mastercard giftcard valued at $45 I can trade Paypal in your favor. Thanks!

What you may want to look into unless this is a one time thing is the fact that paypal offers a debit card. I have had an account with them for years and they even offer you virtual numbers for shopping online at other places. A debit card can be used as a credit card in most places the difference being the balance is withdrawn out of your account instead of a credit line.
