EBay - do you have to set up a seller's account to put a credit card on file?

to buy some items, it says i need a credit card on file. but i just want to buy them, i'm not looking to create a seller's account. is there a way i can do this? thanks in advance.

Yes, But you can use Paypal as an alternative. But the Paypal does need to have a credit card. lol. :p
