    Yes. Your Representations and Warranties. By activating the Card or by retaining, using or authorizing the use of the Card, your Temporary Card, or your ATM/POS Card, you represent and warrant to us that: (i) you are at least 18 years of age (or 19 if you reside in a state where the age of majority is 19); (ii) you are a U.S. citizen or legal alien residing in one of the 50 states or the District of Columbia; (iii) you have provided us with a verifiable U.S. street mailing address (not a P.O. Box); (iv) the personal information that you provide to us in connection with the Card is true, correct and complete; (v) you received a copy of this Agreement and agree to be bound by and to comply with its terms; and (vi) you accept the Card, the Temporary Card and the ATM/POS Card. If you are under age, your parent or guardian may enter into this Agreement, and you can become a Registered User of the Card.

Green Dot is a rip-off - Go to Circle K and get their prepaid mastercard. It is cheaper than green dot and easier to use and add deposits. plus they are open 24 hours.

I don't think that you do because it does not require a credit check. I would go to their website and read the terms and conditions of obtaining a card through them.

No. The cards can be used by people of any age, including minors. You can't use it at a store where it is illegal to sell to minors.
