If someone is blacklisted and do not get into anymore debt but do not pay the debt off how many years will it take for them to be free of that debt?

Answer:
If you don't pay the debt back you will never be free of it. In the UK the debt is generally unenforceable 6 years after the Default date.

There are no blacklists in the UK These went out years ago. You can be chased to the grave for debts. They do not go away after 6 years, if they did we would have millions and hide.
