How can I get a refund on my prepaid debt card from walmart money card?

• I been having $200 on my prepay money card from walmart money card. They blocked my card because they thought that some company was taking extra money off of my card. Since December the lady told me that my money would me transferred to Diract Tv. But it did not. They refund me $56 but did not refund me my $200. And every time I call the company no one will answer my call or the messages I send them. They even gave me the # to the person that is taking care of my account but she is not answering my messages. So what do I do Now? Im really pissed off

How I finally got to a real person was to call the GE money bank number and pushed the numbers to tell them my card was stolen and that the balance didn't match. I then was connected to a "Real Person" within 5 minutes. The person I talked with then gave me this number (1-877-294-7880) which got me in contact with another real person (this took 5-10 minutes) who was able to cancel my account.
