What is this payment method: ECPSS Payment Gateway? is it safe or whatever?

i want to buy a pair of shoes from this link: http://www.picknikefootwear.com/nike-air-force-1-high-men-shoes-37-black-white-p-2499.html and the only payment method they offer is: ECPSS Payment Gateway. before i confirm my order i just want to know what it is?

I wouldn't buy anything from I site I have never heard of using a method I have also never heard of. Go to a known site like Amazon or Ebay, find the shoes & use paypal. At least there you can find a seller who accepts returns if the shoes don't fit. Let some other sucker use their cash and be the the guinea pig.

This question was answered in a previous post here http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20120218143347AA8YbPo. I did some more research on various other sites (one listed below) and I would agree that this is in fact a fraudulent company. Don't buy anything from them.
