How do you use a Visa Gift Card Online?

  • I'm not 18 and I want to buy something online. So I can't use a credit card or debit card. I heard you can use a Visa Gift Card to buy online. Is it possible to add a Visa Gift Card on PayPal and then buy online? If so how? I am also unverified on PayPal so please help. Will give best answer to most helpful.
