Where can I find Credit Card applications online?

Where can I find major credit card carriers customer service numbers? I don't want to apply online.?

I want to find the perfect credit card for me, but I can't seem to find any contact numbers. I have looked up specific card carriers, and can only find their internet contact information, no direct numbers. I want to speak with a real person to express my questions and concerns related to the cards. The online applications aren't clear on details until you have already had your credit run, and I don't want my score depleated over and over after applying to several cards. Please Help!!
