Does Paypal have any fees?

What loadable card allows paypal transfers and has no fees?

Every card I look at has activation fees, annual fees, and monthly fees. One even charged for calling customer service! Its my hard earned money and I would like to keep it, I know paypal has a debit card. The jobs I have insist on paying me via paypal only. Otherwise I wouldnt have anything to do with paypal. I already have a bank account with a debit card, but refuse to allow paypal near that account.

What is wrong with PayPal? Millions of people use it every day without any problem. I have had my debit card linked to my PayPal account for several years without any problems. If you are so paranoid perhaps you should find jobs that pay the normal way. Never actually heard of an employer paying by PayPal
