Can i put money i have on a gift card onto a reloadable visa card?

i have a gift card from walmart. but i want to take the money from the gift card and put it on a reloadable walmart prepaid visa card..anyone know if i can do this?

No it can only be used for Merchandise purchased from WalMart or Sam's Club
