Does Anyone Know Where I can Consolidate a Private and a Federal Loan?

Can anyone tell me about a good peer to peer lending site for a loan?

I am looking into getting a loan to consolidate my bills. I was told to look into peer to peer lending because it is much less hassle and easier to do. I dont know much about peer to peer lending, so thats why I am looking to yahoo answers for help :) Has anyone ever dealt with a peer to peer lender for a loan? How does it work? And if you have any good sites in which I could check out or apply for a loan, Id appreciate that as well. Actually any information that you may have would be wonderful! Thanks! :)
