How do I check my walmart-money-card statement?

• I'm trying to buy something off of this website that only does paypal payments. So I had to put my walmart money card on my paypal account, and than paypal charged my card $1.85 (I need every cent in that card to buy that thing I want) and told me they will give it back after I verify my card. It told me that to do that I would have to find some kind of code in my card statement................. So how do I check my "walmart money card" card statement? dont answer saying that you dont know just to get 3 points or whatever.... that will anger me.

  they are saying that you should see where they charged the $1.85 on your statement to verify that everything is working. before you can use the card you have to log into paypal to verify. so to do it quick you have to check your statement online
