How can i transfer money from credit card online to someone's bank account?

Hi, i need to pay someone online using my credit card directly to her bank account without involving my bank. Is that possible and if so can you kindly tell me how to go about it. I hear they are sites the offer such services where you just type in your credit card info and the person's bank account and it goes right away. If you know about any such sites or any other info that will help me please do let me know. Thanks

I have never heard of a site like that. The easiest way would be paypal. They will take the money from your card, deposit it the money in your friends paypal account at which point they may withdraw the fund to their bank account.
