Can my MVR be cleared?

Paypal status cleared but not complete?

• Alright this is a bit confusing. I made a couple purchases on ebay a week or so ago on three items, and two out of the three items cleared. The third one, however, did not. The last item was for $20 USD, but I paid in CAD funds and my account had EXACTLY $20 CAD. So I'm guessing I didn't have enough to cover it in USD. In return, it said "Payment Pending". At this point, I figured I didn't have enough, and quickly put in $5 extra into my paypal so it would cover it completely. I contacted the seller and told them about this, but they just replied "ok, thanks for telling me". I guess they have bad english, so I can't talk to them about it. Now, it says "cleared" whereas my two other items have been "completed." And, the money I used to pay for the last item still linger in my paypal funds. The seller has marked the two cleared items as sent, but the final item is still unshipped. If its cleared, how come my money is still in my account? and how come the seller hasn't shipped my last item? Sorry, I'm incredibly confused by this. I just want to clear it all up. If anyone needs more information to solve my problem, I'll happily provide it.

  The link below is PayPal's help center. Click on the "payment status" link and it will direct you to a list where you can look at the different types of transaction statuses - and "cleared" is not an option on the list. I would suggest calling them directly and asking about it, especially since the transaction deals with a conversion of currency. Click on contact us at the bottom of the screen and click on the call us link. They'll give you a PIN that lets them know which account holder is calling. Hopefully they can help you.
