How can I use a prepaid american express card to set up a PayPal?

I gave my credit card to pay pal, but in order to put money into my pay pal I have to give my bank account but I just want to take money off of my prepaid card.

I believe the only prepaid debit program that Paypal allows instead of a bank account is Green Dot reloadable.
