How does paypal debit card work?

• on ebay im going to put up alot of products and stuff but since im 16 i need my moms credit card for paypal. i set up an account to see how everything works. But i know for a FACT that if i do end up selling alot of the products on ebay and get some money my mom will not take out the money on the credit card and give it to me. so i need to know more about the debit card. when i sign up for the debit card and i add some money to the credit card can i just use the debit card and take the money out? OR do i have to do some transfer stuff

  You don't need to have a credit card for paypal. You only need to have a bank account. When you have money in your paypal account,you can use it to purchase things online (as long as they accept paypal). Or, you can transfer the money into your bank account, or request that they mail you a check.
