I really need to fix my credit scores.?

It is good that you could not find the attorneys, because they would have charged you money and would not have fixed your credit scores. Credit scores are not repairable. Do not waste your time or money trying to fix your credit scores. It cannot be done, and trying will make things work.

Whatever you do, do not hire some "attorneys" who will promise to fix your credit. They will not, and anything that is on your report accurately, will NOT come off for 7.5 years. Since you were hit by a drunk driver, didn't you sue them? Didn't you get a settlement of some sort from their or even your own insurance company? There are attorneys that will take your case and not charge you a thing if they cannot collect from the other party. At any rate, you cannot pay someone to *fix* or find loopholes. What they will do is take your money, dipute things on your report, those things will come off while the debt is being validated, but will go right back on when it is found you are responsible for the debt. Meanwhile, you just gave money to some firm that is just getting rich taking money from those who believe they can have things magically disappear from their report.
