Is using ebay a good idea?

Need help for ebay!!?

• Usually I buy thing in amazon, I got a ebay account long time ago, I don't use it often, and today I want to buy something, I found that my account was blocked. In the email, they said: Your account has been suspended because recent account activity has raised serious security concerns. We've taken this precaution to protect our members and the eBay community. Due to the suspension, you won't be able to use your eBay account in any way. This includes using another existing account or registering a new account. Any outstanding selling fees are due immediately, and any amounts that you haven't previously disputed will be charged to the billing method currently on file. Your eBay account has not been activated yet. Accounts are not accessible until an actual debit or credit has first been posted to the account, even though you may have already filled out our account creation form. This message confirms to you that you have no credit or debit balance at this time. I want to know how can I fix it? I have no idea tight now... Thanks !!!!

  This is a scam DO NOT GIVE INFO. If you recieved this in an email forward that email to ebay security. They will respond to it. do not email ebay thru this fake email. go directly to www.ebay.com. good luck.
