Is Geico a good company to work for?

Which is good? working in a MNC company with less work or middle company with good work?

• Company change from one big company to another is a big question for me. What is the difference between MNC ? and other companies? I want work with suitable salary. Advice pls

  MNCs are the big companies working over many countries. The ultimate goal to work in a company should be learning. If you will work with an MNC and if it will not give you the opportunity to work and learn then your career will not grow. You should choose the company which will provide you good work so that you will gain some skills and will grow in your career. Don't think about money part, that will come automatically if you will be able to create some value for the company. If you will work just for earning money then you should remember that in the current changing market environment there will be high probability that the company will sack you in future if it will face some problems.
