Where can I find a copy of a Groupon contract?

Is this a good deal on a groupon website merchant agreement contract?

I have just started my new website venture, same as groupon, and i have many businesses interested. But I forgot to sort out a merchant agreement. I live in the USA but wanted to try and spread out further, say Europe too. Si I need a contract that is good for most countries. I found this on ebay for $129 and it claims to cover almost all country's commercial laws. http://cgi.ebay.com.sg/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=180629606434&ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT Do you think it is a good deal. i cant find an alternative, and my lawyer quoted me more than $1200 Just wondering if it worth taking a chance.
