Need Help about working of a business/organization (Like who is CEO, Chairman, etc)?

• Okay, first of all, I'm in India (Just said that in case that may affect the answer, as there are different rules in different countries). I need to know how does an organization work? Imagining I start an organization with one more friend. So, where do I go to start this organization? will I have to register it? Since there are 2 founders, we both will own 50% shares each right? What is this Board of Directors? Who is eligible to be in it? And are external people allowed in it? And what do they do? Do they have a salary or whats their source of income? Who is a Chairman and how is he appointed/elected? And who appoints him? Whats his duty? Does he have a fixed salary or does he pocket all the profits? Who is the CEO? Who appoints him? I've heard that CEO is the top position in a company, if so, who monitors his work? What are his duties? How are other senior members like CFO, CTO, COO, etc appointed? Who appoints them? Are the CEO, CFO, CTO, COO, etc members of the Board? If I want to make my company public, how is the number of shares decided? I mean how is it decided that my company will have 1Million shares or just 100,000 (just an example, ofcourse!) Thats all I can recollect now. It'll be great if you can give me the information of other senior members in a org. so as to how are they appointed and etc etc. PS: No, I'm not opening my own company since I'm still young! (not even 18 lol) I just wanted to know some of these things It'll be great if you could help me out with these in very simple language or examples as I easily get confused lol. I read the wiki articles on all this, but it only got me more confused.
