Is One Source Talent is REALLY a SCAM?

• Ok so They called me for an interview, and I went up there for an interview with My Parents on Mon Dec. 05, 2011. Two days ago...They told me they were interested in me and all that...but then they wanted My Parents to sign a Contract since i wasn't 18 yet. Saying that i have to pay $495 to start and $39.99/month to keep up with my Digital Comp Card on their system. To cut the story short, i didn't feel good about it. Of course we didn't sign it. I mean i really Love to model and all, but Man i really didn't feel proper about the whole thing when i was in the car on my way home. I just want to make sure if One Source Talent is a Scam or not...

  A legitimate modeling agency makes money AFTER they book you on a job and take their 10-20% commission.
