so i ordered my mac on tuesday in the morning, and i just checked my shipment info today and it said "on fedex truck for delivery", does that means it will come today?....Also it already had arrived at my local fedex

Means the driver has it and will try to deliver it. If there are problems (wrong address, driver can't *find* the address, no-one at home when the driver arrives, person at home is in the basement... or the bathroom... or the basement bathroom... and doesn't hear the driver knock, the doorbell doesn't work, etc, etc.) then it might not get delivered today. If you have problems - see if the package can be held at a Fedex Office location - just easier to pick up when convenient for you, rather than waiting for when its convenient for the driver to show up.
