Why is my Parcel Force EMS package stuck in customs COVENTRY PF?

ON THE PARCEL FORCE WEBSITE IT SAYS: 07-12-2011 13:49 International Hub Awaiting Customs clearance 07-12-2011 13:48 International Hub Received in destination country 04-12-2011 22:35 Delivery Agent - GUANGZHOU - PTT Forwarded for export 03-12-2011 08:31 Delivery Agent - CHINA Collected from customer THIS IS ACTUALLY A NEXT HYPE, IT DOESN'T TAKE OVER A WEEK TO CLEAR CUSTOMS WTF. IM HOPING ITS BECAUSE OF CHRISTMAS, BUT STILLLLLLLLL. ILL PROBS GIVE THEM A RING TOMORROW.

It can if Customs don't believe the 'gift' declaration, open the package and decide to 'value' the items for Import Duty themselves ..
