Answer:
Learn how to deal with customers! Be honest, if you have no experience, say you LOVE to deal with people and is looking to put your people skills to the test.

ALL employers want to see a CV/Resume,it shows them your history and allows them to make judgement as to whether you are worth interviewing. Instead of objective, before you put your employment and school etc, after your name etc,put PERSONAL STATEMENT. In this section, put any skills you may already have, such as customer service, cash handling duties etc. Also put your personal skills such as "I am well presented,a good timekeeper, friendly, flexible with regards to hours"etc etc. Remember this is your once chance to sell yourself to the employer,so your Personal Staement needs to be punchy.Ideally no more than 5 lines. Good luck!

If you are a student, then be honest and put that you want to secure a job where you can be part of the company's team while providing a stable source of income while you complete school. Don't sell yourself as a career yogurt-server if that's not your objective. If you are not a student, then you will lean more toward contributing to the company's success while gaining experience in the business.

You don't need an Objective on a resume' any more. That's pretty old school. Most people know that you want a lot of money for a little work. Anything else is just smoke and mirrors because that's what you're told to put on your resume'. Most companies don't have time to do more them skim over a batch of the letters they get. Having been in a hiring position, I never gave any weight to an objective. It just didn't matter. I took it off mine years ago and no headhunter ever told me I needed to put one on. Don't sweat it.
