For eBay, how do I delete an item that I am selling?

Ebay selling item, buyer disputes non-receipt?

  • I sold a phone "AS-IS" with a broken digitizer, and it was described in the description too. The buyer claims that he never received the item and files a dispute. I have the tracking code to prove that it was delivered. He claims in the dispute messaging that he received the item and then says the item is broken but he already knew that from the listing and the dispute he claimed was about him not receiving the item,and as not item significantly not as described. the buyer wouldnt respond, so i escalated the case. Can i win this case because i read that ebay favor buyers often.

    You still might win. You have proof of delivery AND HE EVEN ADMITTED HE RECEIVED IT. Scumbags must lose.

Go ahead and contact eBay and let them know the full detail and show them the email the buyer has send to you regarding receiving the item.
