If you win an item on eBay how does the item(s) ship?

  • Hello, I'm new to eBay and I'm just wondering how and where do the items ship to if I win a bid? I bought an ipod and jeans.. do the items ship directly to my house? Do I have to sign anything to prove my identity? I'm from Vancouver, BC if this helps, thanks! I'm just wondering because I turn 18 in half a year and don't want to sign anything until then.. Thanks!     If you win the item, you will have to pay for it up front (PayPal is the most common payment method, so you give PayPal your credit card number or checking account number, and they serve as an intermediary to get payment to the eBay seller). As a part of that process you will have to provide your shipping address. You can give them whatever address you want.
