What is "persistent transient failure: delivery time expired?

UK Mail (Delivery company) Help?!!!!!!?

  • I got something ordered from House Of Fraser and I was given a tracking number, ever since then I started checking up the package. This is the update so far: Consignment Status History Date & Time Consignment Status 30/12/2011 13:01 Awaiting Collection 30/12/2011 13:02 Collected 31/12/2011 04:46 At Delivery Location 03/01/2012 06:13 Out For Delivery 03/01/2012 11:00 Delivered 03/01/2012 11:00 Delayed Delivery Details Date & Time Recipient DeliveryType Comments 03/01/2012 11:0 d phaloura (cascaded) 50 - Date Failure " d phaloura (cascaded)" isn't me or anyone in this household?!?! UK mail are the delivery company who are supposed to deliver it but they say Royal Mail are the people who actually come and deliver it.

    d phaloura is most probably the delivery driver. Phone up Royal mail. It has most probably been delayed due to the huge backlog over Xmas and New Year. UK

I've also brought something from House of Fraser, which has been sent out by UK Mail! I ordered on the 27th, and It was dispatched on the 31st. Mines currently "In Delivery Warehouse Scan" :| I ordered also something from asos on the 28th, that package was dispatched on the 29th AND was here by the 31st!! Not to mention that I also had to get a exchange from asos, and that arrived yesterday. Not impressed by UK Mail, bank holidays, weather or not. Other company's got their post here on time!

This looks like an error in system. Contact 'House Of Fraser' whom will contact the courier to trace the parcel. Should you not of signed for this or has been lost in transit, your money will be refunded or a new item dispatched. The company will claim losses from whom the courier is, should they have used an outsource driver. Hope this helps.
