How do i get stuff delivered if i buy on Ebay?

If i wanna buy something on Ebay and when i buy it(send money to seller by card-online), how do i get that stuff i buyed? how that seller deliver it to me if i live in some small country that's not even in the USA

Most US sellers only sell within the US, but you can find some that will ship it international, its just more expensive.
