How does amazon Japan shipping work?

• I wanted to buy something from amazon.jp but in the product description it says that the item can't be delivered outside of Japan. Does it say that for every product they have or only what I wanted to buy? Also what about payment, can I just pay the way I pay on ebay with a credit card? I've never bought from an international amazon store as you can see. Any help?

  hi, some amazon.jp goods can be delivered outside of japan. but not so many products have ship to worldwide shipping service. and payment depends on what payment system they use, but usually, credit card payment in japan, online especially , don't accept debit card issued outside of japan. And sometimes they think payment using "not issued in japan" credit card / debit card is a fraud or problem - as there's not so many case customer from outside japan is buying directly through web site. so you need personal shopper service.
