How to ship an item sold by EBAY?

  • I just sold something on eBay and its big its a guitar hero super bundle that weights 18 pounds. How can i ship it? On ebay i see that i can print a shipping label, but what it that? another thing if i buy a box to ship it in office max of office depot where to i take it so it gets shipped? what does the shipping label on ebay have to do wit anything? PLEASE HELP and he payed 4.99$ of Economy shipping whats that?

  • Answer:

UPS Store is probably your best bet. Ideally, you would have researched shipping options before you sold the item online -- that way you'd know the best shipping prices to include in the listing, and know how you'd ship the thing. Be glad you are shipping a Guitar Hero bundle, and not a guitar itself -- the latter is much more difficult to package and ship.

You calculated shipping costs to be $4.99?? It's going to cost you a WHOLE LOT more than that. I wish you would have included more details in your question. Where is it shipping to??? Where is it shipping from?? If I were you I wouldn't want to take a chance. If it's not properly packaged it may become damaged in the shipping process. Take it to the UPS Store and have them package it for you. It will save you a lot of grief, in my opinion. They guarantee it too! At the UPS Store they will print up the label for you, but as I said it's going to be expensive. Good luck.
