Can I trust this guy that he won't scam me? His negative feedbacks are scary. Link below http://myworld.ebay.com/bluemedical/?_trksid=p4340.l2559 Not only have I seen the number of negative votes which is over 100, but also READ the negative comments like ( seller never shipped my item, seller never replies anymore, my item is paid but never arrived, seller not accepting returns, etc you can read more from the link I gave you. So, the problem is I wanna buy something from him but I'm scared, he replied 7 days after I asked for an invoice for my own choice of personal shipping and he said he WANTS MY PAYPAL I.D .what does he mean? I usually just give my email add and shipping address for invoice and that's it. Can I trust this guy? Please help

Answer:
out of all the positive feedback Those negative are not that much. when he is referring to your PayPal i.d it is the email you use to sign into your PayPal account. could be to verify your payment. if you don't feel comfortable buying from him let him know to retract that transaction. hope this info helps

Well, if YOU'RE the one buying something he doesn't need your paypal anything. It will automatically be debited to him when you check out using paypal through EBAY. I wouldn't give him anything, nor would I purchase anything from him period. Best of luck though! Other people spent the time putting those negative comments on there to protect people like you from having to go through bad transactions like they did.

99.2% positive feedback. Seems legit. Use Ebay to make the purchase that way he is bound by their guidelines to provide the product as advertised. He is asking you to pay him on the side by asking for your ID so he can send you a request for money. Thus avoid paying Ebay their commission for the sale. This doesnt mean you should be suspicous, But, Dont do it. Use Ebay to purchase the item. that way you are protected, and you can register a complaint and ebay can force the return of your money if you register a complaint and ebay decides that he needs to accept a return of goods.

It's not easy to get negative feedback on Ebay - mainly because if you give it, you risk someone giving bad feedback for you. If this guy has lots of bad feedback, he's disappointed a lot of people who risked their own ebay rating to say so. Sadly, it's almost guaranteed he'll let you down.

Don't give him your ID. Just pay with a credit card or paypal but you don't need to tell him anything else. He has a good rating so he is probably a good seller. No one has a 100% rating on ebay if they have done thousands of sales. You can't please everyone.
