How to fill an job application online for Wal Mart?

I was curious if it matters if you fill one out online or on the computers at the store. Just wondering which one is much more productive.

They all go to the same inbox. As long as you are sure to fill it out, and then either go in, or call and talk to a supervisor about your application and any positions available it doesnt really matter. My hubby just interviewed there actually and he did his app online. Just make sure you FOLLOW UP!!! The more you let them know you are genuinely serious about the job and the position available, the more they will be willing to hire you above someone else... The Best of Luck To YOU!!!

I think they prefer crayon. Try applying at Target first. Much better employer without the negative reputation and scary customers.
