Where is the most romantic place in Victoria?

Where can I place a complain of a Victoria's Secret bra and really be listen?

  • I bought a Victoria's Secret Body by Victoria convertable bra. It's supposed to have 4 or 5 different ways to place. I paid around 50 bucks for it. And it sucks big time. The straps get off the loops while wearing it, the bra is not secure enough. I can not understand how come a 50 dollars bra can be designed with such big problem. I would like to report it not because I want anything in return but to have them take more time to desing something that is "worth" 50 bucks. I tried plain customer service 1-800 number and the operator would be just nasty: Ok, sorry for the inconvenience, is there anything else I can help you with?, How can I reach someone that would really appreciate the call?

write customer service on their website. Nobody wants unhappy customers.

You could go to the store and talk to a manager. Even when you call customer service, try to ask for the person's superior. But, honestly, the problem may be on you. If the straps are loose, maybe you sould tighten them. And if it's not secure, you probably need to get a smaller cup size. It might hurt your ego to drop down to an A cup, but don't kid yourself, just be comfortable.

I know how you feel. At any rate, try calling the manager of a local V S store and she is that person is interested in your problem. You can tell right away if that person will think you are just annoying, or really wants to help. Good luck, customer service anymore isn't what it used to be.
