What Cad software has a better scope for a job? in mechanical design softwares? sincere answers pls!?

hi frnds! i am 20yr old, frm chennai, i am studying the Cad softwares frm a very reputed cad training institute here in chennai... i am mainly a B.E.mechanical engineer but i heard that Design engineer jobs give us a better salary and better working atmosphere compared to production field! i am learning all the following softwares now 1) Auto CAD 2D modelling 2) Pro/E 3) CATIA 4) SolidWORKS 5) ANSYS 6) I also learn Design For Manufacturing, Design for Assembly, 7) Project Planning and Management concepts i am just learning but i am not good at any of them.. but now i wish to pursue this more sincerely n do something fruitful, for the money i had invested in this softwares PLS TEL ME FULL DETAILS ABT BCUMING A MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER...... I WANT TO KNO ABT THE PAY SCALE AND THE JOB OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEERS ALSO PLEASE TEL ME WHICH PARTICULAR SOFTWARE HAS MORE SCOPE IN THE NEAR FUTURE N WHICH ONE I SHOULD CONCENTRATE MORE i have already entered the final yr in college so its hightime that i start doing something to get settled in lyf... so sincere answers pls!
