I have no experience with that company so I can't comment on them specifically so I will give you a general response that applies to any agency A legitimate model/talent agency will ONLY make money after they book you on a job and take their 10-20% commission. That's it. You are never asked to pay out of pocket for a legitimate agency If you found a handful of complaints about any company it may be a disgruntled ex employee or someone who didn't make it. If you find lots of complaints about a company there's often a good reason so do your research and see what sort of complaints you find, and if it sounds like a real person's experience or just a disgruntled former employee Backstage is an industry message board whose posters are predominantly professional actors, casting directors, producers, screenwriters, directors, etc. I would check their boards when looking into a certain agency to see what people in the industry think.
