My UPS shipment is going backwards?

What does thhis ups shipping notification mean?

The apartment number is missing or is incorrect. UPS is attempting to obtain this information. / The address has been corrected. The delivery has been rescheduled. 11/17/2011 4:13 A.M. Out For Delivery I checked my order and the address that I gave for the shipping address and everything was right. I never requested to change my delivery address. i dont know what is going on

  UPS has their own address verification system, when you ship a package through UPS it verifies it through their database. Sometimes even with that when it arrives at the delivery destination, they can't find correct address, sometimes it can be an apt number misspelled or typed not as they like it. So what they do is they correct it from their end, deliver it to the customer, but usually will charge the shipped an address correction fee.
