I need swot and pest analysis on any airline?

    for the pest analysis, the political social factors are easy to do right now, with the current global warming "crisis"... airlines like easy jet and ryanair could be used for the economic factors - with people liking cheap fares, but could be more inclined to pay a bit extra if they feel they're getting more. as for technological, i'm not so good on that, but technology is always advancing - ie, the double decker air bus things... strenghts - experience in the market, competitive pricing, usp's. weaknesses - again, pricing. poor service? opp's / threats - pres reviews, word of mouth, trends, seasons, etc. hope that helped a bit!
