Fedex do they deliver saturday and sundays?

hey guys i have a package coming tuesday as of march 3, 2009 and i ordered it on wednesday feb 25,2009 and it is fedex ground i was wondering cause the package is in ohio but it has said departed fedex since friday and i was wondering if they drive the packages on saturday and sundays since its not a business day
